Room Types & Layouts
Our shared rooms typically include two twin beds, with some offering a private ensuite bathroom and others using a nearby shared bathroom. We also offer a limited number of private rooms, each with either an ensuite or shared bathroom. This mix of options lets residents choose the level of privacy and price that works best for their needs.
Communal Kitchens
Our full kitchen comes stocked with essential cookware, dishes, and utensils, plus a welcoming dining area where residents can share meals or enjoy quiet time. Clear house rules around cooking, cleaning, and shared space help everyone feel comfortable, respected, and at home.
Outdoor Space
Our outdoor sitting area gives residents a calm place to get fresh air, read, or connect with others without leaving home. This shared space supports independent living by offering a comfortable spot to relax, reflect, and build community in a safe, residential setting.
Ready-to-Move
Our ready-to-move rooms are truly turnkey: fully furnished, stocked with basic cleaning supplies, and set up so you can settle in quickly. There are no credit checks, no rent multipliers, and no hidden costs—just a one-time community fee and a simple intake interview focused on fit and stability, not credit history.
Laundry Room
Convenient, on-site laundry means fewer errands and more time to focus on your health, goals, and daily routine. Residents can wash and dry clothes without leaving the home, which is especially helpful for veterans, seniors, and adults managing mobility, transportation, or financial challenges.
Resident Safety
Twenty-four hour security, keyless entry to the front door and bedrooms, and clear house guidelines work together to create a safe, stable environment. Residents can rest knowing only approved community members have access, helping veterans, seniors, and adults in transition feel protected while they focus on rebuilding their lives.
Communal Den
The main gathering place of the home, featuring a TV and comfortable furniture where residents can relax, socialize, and connect with their community in a cozy setting.
